TYPES OF RESERVATIONS:

1) Waiting list:  When stocks are unavailable you can request to be placed on a waiting list. This does not require any deposits however it will not guarantee a secure reservation. Waiting list resets after 14days.

2) Priority reservation:  You will be guaranteed a product when stocks are available. We will require 10% of the product value being reserved, Minimum of $150AUD. This reservation is valid for 28days once notified of availability. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have provided us their correct contact details. Any undelivered notifications will not be re-issued
• Customers on the waiting list can withdraw at any period before 14days
• Balance is required within 28days of first notification. Unclaimed priority reservations will are not eligible for a refund
• Priority reservations - Cancellation fee - Deposit non refundable
